- Do they have attrition or erosion
- Angular wear occurs on a pathway, particularly on lower incisors
- End to end wear is flat
- Wear on the lingual of lower incisors shows a crossover wear pattern, so beyond end to end
- Intercuspal position for equilibration can be useful
- Start end to end to equilibrate the lower incisors for broad, flat contacts
- The broader and flatter the contacts, the more protection it provides to the porcelain crown or porcelain veneer
